Hello my name is Mollie Barclay. I am a freshman at Iowa State majoring in accounting. My dream is to become a CPA and follow into the footsteps of my very successful uncle. I am from Urbandale, Iowa, so my family lives about 40 minutes away from Iowa State. Living close to home is really nice, because I can visit my family easily if I really want to. Also, I have one older sister named Chloe, who lives in Ankeny about 25 minutes away from Ames. Chloe is my only sibling, so we became really close even though she is almost 4 years older than me. I love music, I have a very wide range of genres that I enjoy. Music is one of the things that brought my friend group closer. We enjoy driving around the neighborhood jamming to music. My favorite foods are either fettuccini alfredo or orange chicken, and I absolutely hate seafood. I have never been a fan of english, I am more of a math and science kind of person. I am hoping to find a better understanding of people, and to have a more positive outlook on life after taking this course. In this ePortfolio, I will be reflecting on my visual analysis, rhetorical analysis, documented essay/presentation, use of electronics, and my final overall.
